the black thing on the bottom of the bumper is the "home depot lip" its a bottom garage door sealer it look like a diffuser when i get pics tomorrow you will see it better

Looks pretty good! I've seen some of the luders use the door sealer to make a lip too.

I used the black garden trim shit and flipped it upside down on my 4 door once. I got asked all the time what kind and how much $?
