I was on the vendor site on K20a.0rg and found this piece, I believe it is a must have 'insurance' for ALL Kseries out there, best of all, very very affordable piece. If your a member on the site, it cost 45.00, non members pay 50 shipped for it.

Here is the k20a.org thread url http://www.k20a.org/forum/showthread.php?t=76090

here is info and website url

this is from the k20a.org thread

QUOTE (rowbs2k;1030053)
We are offering a limited production run on our K series timing chain bracket.

The Purpose of HPTautosports lower timing chain bracket/guide is to secure the timing chain while the tension is released during the process of swapping cams or doing other head work. Hpt's bracket also insures that your high dollar K series motor will never jump timing from the crank timing gear in the event of a timing chain tensioner failure.

Included with the bracket are mounting screws for proper installation. Product is made from one piece billet aluminum and is CNC machined for precise accuracy. Free shipping!

This piece is not a direct copy of the Floored fabrication timing chain guide/bracket. The dimension are the same, but small cosmetic changes have been made. Also, you will notice that the length of the bracket wraps completlely up and around the chain unlike our competitors.

Limited time only I will be offering these at $45.00 Shipped!! For all k20a.org members Only a small quantity of these remain. Get them while they last. This is the cheapest price on these anywhere!!

They look like direct copies of that other one I have seen before.
